MyStoriesAndPoems.com {MSAP} takes extra care to ensure products shipped to its customers meet the highest standards available in order to ensure customer satisfaction with MSAP goods. With this criteria in mind, however, MSAP invites customers to return goods for which they are not completely satisfied at the customers’ expense should the need arise within ten days of merchandise shipment dates. Shipment dates shall be known as postal dates adhered to customer merchandise packaging, and shipment certificates purchased by MSAP in relation to particular orders. Merchandise dates shall be known as postal dates adhered to packaging and/or certificates purchased by customers returning merchandise to MSAP. In cases where certificates are used to evidence merchandise return dates, customers will make certificate information available to MSAP via shippers website whenever mailing dates are not marked clearly on return merchandise packaging by shipping companies. In furtherance, whenever customers conclude that returning their purchases cannot be avoided, MSAP will issue refunds to said customers’ PayPal accounts following MSAP’s receipt of returned goods in their original sellable packaging with the inclusion of all original parts in a condition that matches the condition in which MSAP shipped them. If packages are so damaged that MSAP will need to reduce the price of said merchandise in order to attempt a future sale of that merchandise, thirty percent of the original sale price of that merchandise will be deducted from the returning customer’s PayPal refund. If parts are missing, or if damage has occurred to the merchandise, MSAP will deduct fifty percent from the PayPal refund.
As far as the application of this policy in connection with MSAP customized cards, student certificates, or MSAP created card accessories, refunds are not provided for these specialized items. With that said, however, in cases where typos or misspellings are found in merchandise MSAP submits to customers, MSAP will happily reprint the items and remail them free of additional customer expense. It must be noted, however, that only typos and misspellings committed on MSAP’s side of the ordering proccess apply to this procedure. Information submitted erroneously by customers will not be reprinted nor reshipped for free. Customers will have to reorder these items and re-pay for their shipment shall said customers choose to do so.
Goods purchased with requests to ship to addresses other than individual buyer addresses will be accompanied by tracking numbers as with all other shipments from this site. With that said, however, MSAP/ToysPlusAuctions is NOT responsible for loss of items shipped to addresses that differ from customer PayPal addresses. This policy has been adopted with PayPal refund standards in mind. MSAP/ToysPlusAuctions offers insurance for purchases at buyer requests.
